Super Hein is a Freestyle Frisbee tournament, who's competition format differs from the Freestyle Player's Association standard format. Super Hein includes three divisions, each testing a different facet of Freestyle Frisbee play. The player who accumulates the most point across all divisions is crowned "The Super Hein". The three divisions are; Open Pairs, Turbo Shred, and Mob-op. If you are a competitor, please read the Player's Handbook

Open Pairs

Frisbee, at it's essence, is a game of thrown and catch. In the open pairs division player's team up to put on a 4 minute show, set to music. This is similar to pairs figure skating where players mix dance, musicality, and physical ability to dazzle the audience.

Turbo Shred

In Turbo Shred, players have a chance to show off their individual abilities. Players get three throws and try to do their hardest, most impressive moves. Like Skateboarding or Hacky sack, it’s just a player and their tool trying to set a new standard or excellence.

Mob-op

Mob-op is a Freestyle Frisbee term, derived from a Mob of people and a Cooperative move. In this event, all players play together. It's a bit like Jazz where there's a basic beat and then everyone gets their groove on. No plan, just living in the moment. In the mob-op finals the top four players get eight minutes to put on a random mob-op show.
